I would have rated them ZERO but unfortunately I don’t have that option here. I have taken their 15 Mbps speed plan and normally I get 0.96 Mbps speed which is worst than my mobile GPRS speed.
I called them like more than 50 times in past 3 months but every time they simply say you’ll get a call back from our service department and as usual no one calls, and even by Gods grace if they call they just listen to your issue, but do nothing.
I suggest for those who r willing to consider their service, PLZ PLZ PLZ DO NOT GO FOR THEM.
