This is too bad service.I run a software company Peak Point Solutions, so internet is a must but hathway is horrible.The helpline is equally bad.
When ever we call it says we will resume service in 4 hours.Its of no use.Please don’t use such BHANGAAR service.Its better not to have internet than hathway.Atleast you will save money.Also government should take some actions against such fraud service providers.
Also mouthshut should start zero or* -5 star rating for such companies.
