Now where to begin..? I mean Hathway ISP sucks hard. Hathway can not provide Internet..because they don’t know how to provide Internet service.So I’ll make points so that you can understand better..

It takes a while to establish a connection,
Internet speed is way slower than other ISPs,
Internet connection is only tentative and it can disconnect any time while browsing,
Sometimes while browsing that connection seems to go in some kind of Limbo, and nothing happens..I mean everything freezes.
Cables attached to modem are very stiff and hard and being no flexible at all it becomes difficult if you want to move your modem at some place else.
Internet plans are not so attractive and if you want to go with unlimited plan with good speed then you have to pay in thousands…!
Though they say their plan is unlimited, it’s actually not ! they will provide good speed (actually it is slower only as I mentioned but they say it’s good) upto 10 GB and once you cross that limit the speed is in 8-10 Kbps. (I know others have this policy as well but even then the speed do not fall below 18 Kbps after crossing limit of 10GB)
The office staff of Hathway sucks as well..I mean..I know the one at my place but I enquired to others and most of them say the same thing..These people don’t know how to talk to customers, they don’t know anything in detail about Internet plans, They make you wait for a while because they are always busy talking to their colleagues and they behave as if they are working in some govt. office.
The Bill payment mode is also very conventional and you have to go all the way to their office to pay bills..( once my father called a man from their office to the house to get payment but my father did not know the amount so he gave that man a blank cheque but filled other details and told him to put the amount and deposit it afterwards..but that man put wrong amount and deposited.)
Now I am using Reliance Netconnect.. and just one word Superbb..Internet speed is always around 120Kbps, at downloads it reaches upto 260Kbps and even after crossing 10GB it’s in 26-30Kbps..and bill is always fixed and never goes beyond 1000.
