First of all the Internet Speed is slow as hell.
Second the customer support is not supportive at all for them it is like its your fault that your internet is not working and they are as slow as a Sloth while giving you any kind of support.
Third the initial cost is too high as compared to other companies.
Forth Ping is slow as hell so cant play online games properly above 150/160msecs sometimes.
Fifth the worst service during monsoon most of the time their connection is off.
So don’t ever think of getting HATHWAY Broadband in your entire life unless you want to pay Hathway as well as Your nearby CYBER CAFE at the same time.
