I changed from my local internet service to Hathaway thinking it would be better. But seriously its not worth the money. The customer service is poor. Since the past week I have no access to internet and its not a joke. Straight 7 days no WiFi. Im using my cell data for this review.
Now theres one more thing happening that theyre not even completing my term. Yes, they have deactivated my account before the term end and whenever I call the customer "care", thats what they call it, they say itll get resolved till the next morning and that it is a genuine request but I never got a follow up on that. I myself had to call every morning for the enquiry and every time the same old response. No one even called to enquire if the issue was resolved and if I was satisfied with the customer support, yes, that happens in a good trusted service provider company but unfortunately not Hathway.
Friends, please STAY AWAY from this service provider or if yall want to try then give it a shot but dont invest for a year. Yall will have nothing but regret at the end of your term. Cheers!
