Whoa! After going through so many reviews of Broadbands, I decided to go for Hathway. I subscribed for 3 months plan of 2350/- with 25GB FUP 10 MBPS, 512 kbps thereafter. Listen, I got free installation and free router. 2500 waived off. I paid for 3 months thats it. Everything is free!
Now coming to Speeds, I always got not less than 9.7 MBPS. Excellent isn’t it? Ping is always less than 40. But Once I got 6.5 MBPS. Not an issue.
But customer service is not very active. You may have to suffer. I mean, they call and follow up with your issue but resolution takes days together. That’s a bit frustrating. But connection is never down. Not a single minute man! I’m using this since 1.5 months.
