I have used Hathway for 6 months and I regret my decision. As I prepaid quarterly, on both occasions I faced 2-3 connection failures in a month and a DNS server not detected error every now and then. They took it far when there was no connection for 3 consecutive days.
When I called their customer care, the CR told me that there is no issue from their end and a technician will be sent to my place to check the issue. But nobody came and they kept me in dark for 2 days and later on the 3rd day when I finally lost my temper the CR said the issue was some cable cut from their main hub and is being repaired.
The another doubtful scenario was when my 3-months term was over and the person who came for renewal asked for a higher price when I was not around at home. I communicated with him on phone and made sure he doesnt charge extra.
I was not impressed with their behavior. I know we cant expect great service and support in India but this was off limits. Finally, I have changed the ISP.
