I thot all reviews against r jus bad times ppl had wit hathway.coz fr me it ran smooth for 2-3mnths. download speeds upto 30-35kbps using idm(manager).on 256kbps unlimited plan @ 730/mnth.
thr wr indeed breakups at times but was mangable then.
now the real hathway makes its entrance.only 1 light glowing on modem.means no signal.
ok fine.wat m I supposed 2do.call cust care.they wil tel tat tech dept will call bk.n so on.
1, 2, 3.nope.i called abt 13 times 2 hear same reply.tech dpt wl call bk.finally a guy came.sed thr was some prob wit cable in my area.fixd it n promisd no more errors wich came bk d very next mrng. I banged at d cust care n he promised wit his name that it wud b fyn tmrw.
nuttin yet.i askd 2 disonnect they sed one last chance.ok done.not yet.stil no soln.thr cust care really sux.they dont bother abt service once they dispatch ur conn.ur happy till ur witout issue but once issue starts.u bang ur head.now I askd em just 2 disconnect my conn.they told me 2 send a mail.BUT HOW.1st gimmi a damn internet connection.
my advice ppl.plz wait for bsnl for peace f mind service.or go fr airtel.plz dont fall victim to hathway.m still wit d connection wich is not workin since almost a month.nobody 2 repair.nobody 2 remove.but surely a guy will pop in for bills.
ps: I dont even hv money left 2 pay my bills.spent all money on mobile 2 call them begging fr repair.
ps2: m giving 1 star coz this wont except witout a star.
