It’s been 2 months since I have got the Hathway connection. Earlier I had Airtel and ACT for almost 5 years. Hathway has got the worst customer care support among all the broadband service providers present today. I have been facing the issue with the broadband connection for close to month now. Every other day I have been giving complaint.
Backend guys close the call without even confirming with me. Next day I hit the same problem or some other problem .It’s going on for more than 1 month now in 2 months time period. They are not serious about solving the issue. I was relying on this for my office work. Now I am forced to go for Dongle as this has become very unreliable. ACT as much better compared to these guys.
I got fooled by looking at the speed and rate. Now I understand that I have committed a blunder.Please think 1000 times before going for Hathway.
