I am using hathway since 4 months though they have cheap plans but its a trap to attract customers. Intially they activated 50 mbps plan but after 15 days of usage net speed ruined to 500kbps. When I contacted customercare service they told that my plan has a limit of 50GB which they haven’t mentioned during installation and in rainy season net disconnected many times even customer service guys were irresponsible. I have called more than 50 times in 5 days so they blocked my number this is the way they treat their customers. Last month when I renewaled my account it took 12 days for them to renew my account after giving them tons of calls that to customer care number is not toll free. So I suggest you to go for other networks.
