Please dont go for Hathway internet connection...it is frustrating as they have the most unreliable technical support. Their phone lines are equally irritating and its difficult to get in touch with them as they will put you on hold and disconnect.
The thing is, I asked them to upgrade my connection from 2 Mbps to 5 Mbps and made the advance payment for three months as well. But they havent done it yet and have been giving me excuse after excuse instead of upgrading.
I must have made over 15 phone calls and must have spoken to numerous executives to get my internet speed upgraded but in vain.
Lets see how much time they take to do a simple job of upgrading my connection to a faster one.
