I have used for 3 Years with their Prepaid scheme, never experienced any major issue.

I would like to outline the positive points as we never experienced anything negative with their connection.

1. Maximum time taken to resolve issue is 24 hour in comparision to Airtel broadband minimum 7 days.

   
   




2. No connection dropped as always happens with Airtel Broadband.

   
   




3. As it was prepaid, so there was no issue of over billing.

   
   




4. Very friendly and technical customer care executives at call centre.

   
   




5. Somebody is definitely there to resolve issues with in 24 hour.

   
   




6. The modem charge was nominal and no modem rental.
