Hathway Broadband...is a big nooooo for me & I would suggest everyone not to apply for hathway.Im on unlimited 770 rental plan..& within 2 days of pathetic service, i have applied for airtel broadband reason being
(1) they say 256 kbps surfing speed but what you get is 60-80 kpbs
(2) Download speed is 9-11 kpbs which means a 5mb file takes 15-20 minutes to download worse than net cards
(3)Pathetic customer service, ..yeah a techician will definately call you back stating that line may be loose, or they will check but no body would visit your place...in short they show sympathy rather than providing solution.
to summarize I had a horrible experience with hathway & in just 2 days from installation im throwing the box & applied for airtel broadband which provides dedicated line & educated tech support.
Please dont purchase it...plzzzz
