I regret to inform you about the pathetic experience I have faced by choosing to use your broadband service.
1st of all you need to stop making fake promises to customers in regards to the speed youll provide as its not even close to what you say, and even by chance the speed gets better, what is the use as the connection gets disconnected in no time. Out of 8-12 hours during the day when the connection is required the most its not available for 3-5 hours( daily)
When you try to contact the help line no for technical support in regards to the above mentioned problem, you need to hold for minimum 5-7 minutes for some 1 to speak to and after all this patients and wait what you realize at the end of the call is that you just have wasted your time explaining your problem to some 1 who just does not want to understand you at all
All most 20-25 days prior to the billing date youll start sending sms alerts for paying the bill( 2-3 daily) and 7 days prior youll call in person to remind about the last date of the service available. I had got a similar call asking me to pay the bill from the following number- 66403700 and when I asked him his name he said it was Abhijeet( which I guess was a bluff) any ways I explained him very patiently and politely all the above problem, and requested him to send a technician who could resolve the situation for me.
Today is my last day of renewal of the service and no 1 has come to acknowledge my problem, Mr Abhijeet when had called me the second time to remind me about the payment of the bill, pretended as if he had informed the technician to visit me and the technician failed to follow his instructions. There-four he asked me to pay the bill first and then he would address the problem.
Hahaha I felt like laughing, is this for real I thought to my self, wake up Hathway or youll will soon go to the dogs.
