Very disappointing customer care service.
They said my first cheque for Rs.6403.00 had bounced due to signature difference. Then took another cheque from me for Rs.6403.00. When I saw my bank statement, the first cheque had been encashed by them and they are not returning my second cheque.
Printed bill says for billing contact denis@hathway.net and gives phone no. but he never picks up the phone.Customer service is very poor.Internet connection is also slow in spite of high-speed modem.
