I Subodh Ruikar! Customer so called. I got Hathway broadband connection last month. 16 /9/2014. Since then I am facing only problems and fake commitments from their call center executives named PARAG (Supervisor) and MANOJ. Actually my bill is pending and due on 13/10/2014 Rs. Approx 753. I was told by a lady executive that I can pay the bill till 1 / 11/14 and they will be providing me uninterpreted service. But on 20/10/14 my connection discontinues. What does that mean?
More over yesterday I called 2 Executives named Manoj and His junior executive as Manoj said to me . And he committed me to provide service till morning but today nobody turned back neither bothered to call back and today Manoj transferred my call to PARAG(Supervisor) as he said. He was really arrogant and not concerned what is my problem. He spoke with me in very disgusting manner I wish I can let you listen the recording.
I am very much tired of their pathetic service and more than service issue I am pissed of from their fake commitments!
