Continous Disconnect Problem At Hyd KPHB D-Mart

we shifted to new address and we dnt have address proof, so I cnt provide the address proof. I contacted with   support team, they said it not possible to shift with out proof, so I ask to refund, they said me refund proceess was started, so I changed to another network.now they are saying we will install Hath Way network in new address refund was not possible, from 2 months I am calling to hathway customer support one percent also issue dnt move, One more thing that every time they are saying u will get call From billing team in 24 hr. But they dnt call,
