WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

Just a waste of money. Customer care is horrible and never respond to any queries properly. Purposefully hold your line for long time. Every day they have an issue with the connection and an apology. I suffered for 2 years and finally quit. They cheated me of 1700rs as well telling money cannot be refunded even after the account is deactivated.


And they did not restore the account also for the remaining days that I have paid for. There is no grace time for payment delays and without any prior notice they deactivate the account, many times I have faced this issue which led me to lot of problems.


Customer care is not toll free here like other service providers and recorded conversations will drain you mobile currency. They always have only one answer "we are sorry for the inconvenience caused, your issue has been taken up and will be resolved within 24hrs" they will not tell what is the issue and the 24hrs will take forever, 2 days, 3 days.


I am writing this review after having faced lot of troubles with them.
