Sorry to myself for choosing Hathway Broadband

My name is N Manjunath Iyer My customer number is 1113145112.


The worst ever service provided by Hathway broadband. There is a thin line between "Customer satisfaction" and "Free". Also, there is a thin line between "customer rights" and "Customer greed". All I am asking is for customer rights.


I renewed my Hathway plan for 1 month on August 2016. I have attached the screen shot of confirmation message from Hathway sent to my phone. My account was deactivated on 1st of September. 14 days only?


instead of 1 month I got the service for 14 days only. When I reached out to customer care, they say that my account shows the last renewal was on July 29th. Are we still in this world?


None of your customer care agents are aware of what is happening. When I shouted on them stating that I will file a case in consumer court against Hathway I got my internet back activated. However, what about the 5 days which was lost who will pay me for that?, I want my lost 5 days which I had paid for.


You upgraded your system and process, in this course of action my account number was also changed. Is it our(Consumers) mistake if your up-gradation has failed to update properly?. All I know as a customer is I have paid for service and I need to get for what I have paid for. I am an educated citizen and I don’t like to shout on call to get my rights. We trust Hathway and that’s the reason we chose Hathway out of all other broadband service providers. I had to be on an important skype meeting with one of my USA counter part. I was not able to do it properly as I was using my hotspot and my Hathway broadband not working.


All I need is I want my lost 5 days of connection back with extension of my end date in September 2016. If it is not possible with all due respect please cancel my subscription with Hathway and wind up the connection. I don’t want to be Hathway customer anymore. However, I shall not be like other customers who will silently end the connection with Hathway. I will make sure that a huge noise is created on Hathway with all the sms and mail communication that I have from Hathway.


Now, officials respond to my mail asking my bank statement from August 16th to till date. This is foolishness. Why would someone lie. I sent the statement for 16th of August and they are still asking the statement from 16th to till date. My account statement is personal, you are not authorized to know all my other financial transactions. They think that the payment did not go through, Boss I did the payment through my SB account not through credit card.
