This is actually Fake Broadband providers. They close support tickets them self without getting confirmation from customers. They have very limited people working with them so lot of dependency in existing employees. Existing employees feel they are LIONs . They are experts in making Fake promises like they say 50 mbps speed and in reality it won’t go more than 10 mbps. There is no grievance or nodal officer that we can speak when there is no action from support. All are bluffing people. Few technical people are new they don’t anything about broadband or laptop still they come to home to see problem
KINDLY DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY TO SUCH WASTE COMPANIES. Try Mobile data much better this
