Hello guys today I want to share my very bad experience to Hathway. My father is a police man so I am not stay at one place. Another one time I left my current city and reached a new city. Everything is for me in this city and I need a new internet connection so connect to customer care got good response. He agreed to come and discuss the plans and his charges. We discuss about the plans at long time and finally I like a plan so I take it. Starting few days everything is OK but after some days internet speed started slow so I complain the customer care I promised to repair in twenty-four hours. Really I am very disappointed to this broadband.
