I took Hathway Broad Band connection in Bangalore, they had some offer if you pay for 3 month in advance your installation fee or Rs 500 will be waved, so I took it.
After one month I shifted my residence and asked them to shift the Broad Band they said they don’t have service/connection in are where I have shifted within Bangalore only, so I asked them to refund my remaining 2 month, their repose is shocking to me they say "No we can refund it, since its pre paid" what the hell is that.
The customer care is so rude and irresponsible behavior really irritated me and I lost 2 months subscription free.The speed was also not what they promised.
