If I have a option of giving 0 star I would be really happy to provide them a ZERO. I am contacting their customer service for slow internet from more than 1 week but there is no good response from them, Their Technical person calls me everyday and asks sir we saw a complaint raised and he will ask for the internet speed if say him the actual speed then he will tell that their technician will approach me. This is cycle is happening from more than 5 days but none of the technician approached. I took a really bad decision of choosing Hathway instead of ACT Fiber and they are charging me the best in the industry, I asked them if I have any chance to change my plan, some say contact their sales team, some say write an email to Hathway I did both but nothing is working.
