Using hatway isp provider for about 2 weeks
It’s speed sucks , I have a plan for 10 Mbps fup 100gb( ®1500) and the speed really comes somewhat around 100kbps
Most time there server is down and the worst part is that they never attend our phone while complaining about speed and server down problem . Always we have to go to there respective office and file a complain and they told us they will come after 1-2 hours and the reality is that they never come unless you don’t went there 3-4 times .
Just regreting where my money gets wasted.
So friends never thought of installing hathway broadband service at your home or office it’s just waste of money
