Hello friends! I am sharing my views on Internet service provider that is Hathway broadband.
I am using this broadband connection for three months . The internet speed is dead slow. We can’t download faster when we use Facebook if we see any video in between it stops for few minutes to download. Many times it works too slow.
If there is any problem in night time there is no possibility to call customer care. The service persons won’t respond properly. The customer executives often complaining about cables. After servicing their charges are also high. The signal is also weak.
I am totally disappointed about this. I am not recommended this to use.
