Today is my first day using Hathway Broadband, already found several issues -
Hathway forces customer to use a router provided by the company even though better routers are available in the market. If their router does not behave as expected, no technical help is provided by Hathway. User is stuck trying to figure our Hathway router on their own.
When I try to login to my account on website/app it says "no device exists for this account number". My account is already activated but does not reflect on Hathway online systems.
Due to #2, I am forced to call customer care helpline but person talking to me is not a technical person. They try to transfer my call to a technical person but after spending 30 mins on the call I get automatically disconnected.
