The speed of the net is very slow and unreliable.
You never know when it will stop.
Charges for hathway is very high as compared to other service providers.
The services are very bad , I have to call multiple times to register my complaint to service provider, and they came after 3 daays of complaint.
Over all very bad experience with the hathway.
