Hi friends, my name is Anuj and I have been using this Hathway connection since 2 months now. I wanted a braodband connection, so I called these guys, and they were like yes sir, you will get the best service, and a very good internet speed. So I decided to go with a plan of 10 Mbps speed. For the first week, it went off really good, but then, it started going bad. The connection used to disconnect almost everyday, and for at least 15-20 mins. This made me very frustrated. And now, after 2 months, the speed that I’m getting is like 2-4 Mbps. I’m really fed up of this ISP. The service is really bad, because of their continuous interrupted connection. Although the support that I’m getting from their team is quite satisfactory, because they respond to my calls every time. I would not recommend this ISP to everyone.
