Ive been having issues with its speed from day one, I get around 200-300kbps speed, their representatives came and said that its a conceal cable issue and youll have to get it solved from an electrician, I called an electrician be said thats theres no conceal cable issue, and now their engineer isnt agreeing to the what the electrician has to say.
I get slow speed but the connection is no doubt reliable, and it will always work.
Their service support is the best, as they have a toll free number, so you can call then free of cost, and they are really polite people and actually raise complaints and solve issues
