Initially the service was better. I have opted for 40 MBPS download speed and 5 MBPS upload speed.
However, after 6 months, the speed has gone down to 5 MBPS download.
Internet Speed - It’s pathetic
Connection reliability - Most unreliable ISP in India. Best to go with ACT Fiber or Airtel. Hathway, agents are very good to luring you at the time to connection. Once you get the connection, you will repent for life time for making a payment and having an internet connection.
Service and Support - They don’t even know the meaning and spelling of service and support. Have made multiple complaints that the speed is less than 10 MBPS. No response from the customer service. They will just raise a service ticket and say wait 24 hours and within 5 hours the ticket will be resolved no one reaching the house or fixing the issue.

Out of 4 service service tickets 0 tickets are resolved and their records states it is resolved.
Most probably I will reach out to the main branch in Hyderabad Himayath Nagar and see how come they will not fix the issue.
