Since 1 year I was using hathway broadband with 6 months pack 64mbps.
Starting 3 months it was good while using, further during holidays internet wont work.
Every Saturday evening internet would stopped working and when we call they used to say office has been closed now call Monday morning. Whole Sunday no internet it would start monday morning that too by calling them.
Speed.Its too poor I cant download even 10mb stuffs in 5min.
Last 3 days internet went out.on router too there wasnt any red or green light. I called them continuously 20-25 times to look after the internet they just said me that internet is working.for 2nd call they said that light has gone.after that they said tell your username will see.for 3 days they just gave an excuse because the modem stopped working(i dont know where the modem was) and there wasnt new modem with them.
Finally we decided to change service provider, still they would call for the bill which was irritating then and there.
This September I started using internet from another service provider.
