I have made one of the worst decisions in recent times to go with Hathway broadband. The connection drops every 2 hours, and if you are planning to Work at home then dont even think of opting this provider.
The customer service can be rated one of the worst in the world, in the first instance you have to hold the line for minimum 15 mins for some moron to pick the call who doesnt even know basic english. You have to try hard to explain them your issue, but it is useless since they neither empathize nor take any action to rectify. You simply have to wait for the issue to get rectified by itself.
