Very pathetic service. I paid 2400/- for 3 months for 1 Mbps plan. But almost 2-3 days a week no connectivity. Everyday I have to call customer care. Engineer visited twice and corrected the problem but still the connection issue persists.
If you are not able to provide the service please shut down the service and don’t cheat the people around.
