Piece of advise - Don’t go for Hathway. It’s cheap, services are cheap and the Customer Executives as well.
If you lodge any complain for technical issue then they will not receive your call from the very next time. I have raised N Nos.(Don’t remember how many) complaint regarding my connectivity issue and now they have stopped picking up calls.
I am a current user since 3 Months, earlier I was using other IP. Believe me this is the CRAP Internet Provider in World.
You want to lose you patience go in for Hathway. Suggest after speaking to call center do not face any family member.
