Unreliable, pathetic! This summarizes my experience with Hathway!
Call their customer service and you get to hear some illiterate idiots sitting on their side of phone, highly uninformed and usually found passing bucks, billing to engineering to customer service.
Talk of connection speed, well it fluctuates so much that sometimes you wonder you paid more and sometimes less. On weekends, some magic happens and you dont get connection at all. Same applies when it is a public holiday.
Go to their office and you find executives who are clueless about their schemes only. One usually finds Hathway employees distributing prasad, having tea and doing all sorts of socializing. But ask them to provide service, they go RED. Hathway is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Sooner or later it will be outdone culturally!
The connection may be up for a while, but when it is down, you had it! You’ll wait untill you forget that you even have an Internet connection at home.
