The most horrible experience with Hathway cable tv. Reception breaks down very often and the problem is never permanently resolved; seems to always be a quick-fix. since yesterday afternoon the reception is down and nobody is answering the phone. when you call the head office, they say our area, whitefield, is outsourced, so they are not responsible?
I am utterly disgusted and discourage anyone from signing up with them. one thing is very prompt, though---the monthly collection of cable charges, never a day late.
