I had booked Hathway Broadband services in Bangalore. They were very active till I made the payment. Once the payment was done they came and installed the Wi-Fi and left without informing me and guiding me about the Wi-Fi. Wifi is still not working. I had lots of queries unanswered Also the router they hv provided is old. Since yesterday I’m trying to connect with them but they are ignoring my calls. After sales service sucks.
