Connection speed is ok, though it is 100 MBPs speed, it never feels like that while browsing. Their support really sucks
I needed a static ip for my connection and I called customer care to enquire about it. They asked me to send an email to hydhelpdesk@hathway and there was no response for four days. I sent at least four emails for that. FInally I got a response for it and paid the said amount for static ip and sent them email to assign static ip for my account. Then I am yet to get ip assigned, it is 4th day. and I sent them 5-6 emails and called customer care 5 times. I needed IP to do my office works. I lost several calls that needed me to work on production environment and my team was not happy with my excuses. I was helpless and frustrating like anything. Hathway helpdesk at Hyderabad has bunch of idiots working there and they are highly irresponsible and do not understand customer’s requests. Pathetic service by hathway and I will not renew my both connections.
