I am a resident of Bangalore. I was using hathway’s "so called" broadband connection. For the first 2 months the service was okay. The speed was not even close to what I had opted for. Then I started facing problems with my connection.
Every 2 days the modem stopped working.Then I had to contact the customer care, they would come after a day, repair it.Then for 4 to 5 hours, it was okay. And again the same problem. This happened for more than 3 months. The mobile currency I’ve spent for calling the customer care itself was more than my internet bill. Still I never got a solution. For more than 25 to 30 times in the past 3 months I’ve contacted them, but still I haven’t got a solution. And I finally decided to try one last time and called them, now the technician is not at all coming. I’m really frustrated with this dirty service by hathway.
Now I’ve decided to get rid of this bloody connection which never works. So please don’t go for hathway. You will regret later. This is one of the worst services that you will come across. To hell with their dirty service.
