Guys, Please don’t go for Hathway Internet connection in any case. You will regret as I am doing since last 2 months.
I have been struggling for last 2 months for getting myself a "Hathway Internet connection , neither Hathway Customer Care(022-67134600) nor their "so called" assistance over email(helpdesk@hathway.net) is taking any action since last 2 months.I have called Hathway Customer Care four times in last 2 months and every time they give me a new request number and when I ask about the status of last request numbers they say that an email for last request number has already been forwarded, therefore I have to wait. When I asked them how long do I need to wait they have no idea.They could not even tell what would be the next step. It was worst when Hathway customer care agent told that If I want to get my connection terminated then I have to go to their office and submit the Hathway Modem.
Above that, after all these connection termination requests hathway is continuously raising bills dated post to the termination request dates. This is pathetic and shows what a CHEAT Hathway is.

First Time Request Date - 11 April 2014: Request Number - 9598364
Second Time Request Date - 3 May 2014: Request Number - 9698364
Third Time Request Date - 1 June 2014: Request Number - 8824997
Fouth Time Request Date - 9 June 2014: Request Number - 9904034
My Hathway Broadband Internet Connection number is 938250.
I wrote them an email explaining the whole situation but all in vain. After my first email, a guy once called me "Girish" and he started convincing be why should I keep Hathway. After that they stopped responding over emails also.
Guys, NEVER EVER go for Hathway. I am not taking the name of any other service provider here so that you don’t feel that this review is just another promotional post. You can go for whoever you want. But don’t do the mistake of taking Hathway.
