The speed of internet is often down, any time connection may fail, they can’t tell you the proper time when it will up again, Customer care is black hole they don’t know about the working of comp, they don’t register complaints but will tell you it is register most of the time I got either drunk person or sleepy person on phone when called after 12a.m.
If you tell them about bad service they will say "connection band karo" literally I am sure they will read this comment also and do nothing.
