Worst communication and attitude

They do not come early for renewals. They come at the very last day of renewal and even after giving a cheque for payment, they wont renew your account immediately and make it expire. After that you have to call to their call centers who will hardly receive your call make you switch the call from 1 to 2 number and 2 to 1 number likewise.


They will say if you give cash, then only we will renew immediately otherwise it takes time. What the hell. Everything is fine in internet connection, but the communication is very poor and they have worst attitudes and call centers would hardly reply. Go for some other internet provider but not go for this, as they do not care even for their existing customers.
