Not Activating the connection

Due to the current situation of COVID-19, all the work is done from Home. As being the Assistant Manager, even I am require to work on daily basis to manage team and work. For which I applied for internet connection through Hathaway. After applying and speaking to representative for continuous 2 weeks, Hathaway representative was able to generate request and asked me to pay on 11th April which I did. Next Monday 13th April, representative from Hathaway installed the connection at my place and informed me that it will be activated within 2 to 3 Hours. Since than I am contacting Hathaway but my connection is not getting activated. I understand that there is lot of pendency but just activating the account may not be the severe concern.


My integrity as assistant manager is on stack as I am not able to work and manage my team. I do not need internet for fun but I need it urgent to coordinate with clients and ensure that company which I work for does not get affected. Kindly look into the matter as I may also lose a job due to such small issue.
