My experience with hathway broadband services, has been very bad. I had just shifted to another area and needed another data connection with a router, I came across an advertisement of hathway broadband and decided to opt for it as they were providing me with good plans and free installation.
this is where I got wrong, at first the customer service talked to me very nicely but after 10 days they started talking to me rudely and didn’t gave any priority to me.
as the operator has showed me, the 50 mbs plan was the best for me and would provide me with unlimited data, but later on the data speed became slow causing disruptions, when I complained about that to the service providers they started avoiding and started making excuses.
