hathways cable started providing internet services with lot of big promises in safdarjung area delhi but failed to deliver even a normal service. they are operating in a very unprofessional manner both technically as well as on marketing front. surprisingly they haven’t any control on the speed. so every user is getting the same irrespective of the money paid. secondly they are also selling cisco routers by saying that it will increase the speed four times although router has nothing to do with the speed.
services are very poor and their are often disconnections because of unknown reasons and not to mention about the poor technical & customer support. although their is another big giant i.e in2cable from hinduja group operating in the same area in a very professional manner. but it seems that hathways people understanding the gravity of the situation by letting their customers to switch over to in2cable.com
