Really worst service, I regret a lot.I would like to share my experience so that you all can avoid taking Hathway broadband connection.
>On 12th July I called hathway for the enqiry regarding new connection and service.
>Their executive visited my address on the same day and gave all the false information i.e "service is very good", " speed is too good", "customer assistance is nice".
>After that he went and created account on my name on 13th July, I got message regarding this. He started calling for the payment. Previously I was planning to go with other service provider like "Äct". But as their executive all shorts off good commitment I changed my mind and I made payment on 16th July.
> Their technical team came and installed the router on 16th July itself and told that u will able to access internet within 30 mins and they went away.
> After 2 hrs I checked modem was still offline, I need to call the customer care regarding this, they gave TAT of 24 hrs. I waited till 19th July to access internet.
> on 19th finally issue got resolved.
> But my account was activated since 13th July, so nearly 6 days got wasted .
After all the Real Drama was not Over
> After every 3-4 days modem used to go "offline".not able to access internet at all.
> Every time I need to call customer support and get it rectified.
> As I took 3 month .Till now 2 and half month is over .In this 2 and half month I have called them 18 times regarding the same issue and every time they give same 24 hrs TAT.
So you all can think that if they are giving this kind of service in the City like Bangalore , then God knows what will happen in other cities.
Every Day modem goes offline for 10-12 hours .and this is what for which they take money.
It’s my personal suggestion that don’t go for it, it’s the worst one.
