I have been using hathway since few odd months , we were glad to switch on to hathway service,
1st month got over we received a bill from hathway, God it showed we had previous balance due on us, and amount was above 6000/- , I called up hathway regarding bill error, they said no problem they will settle it in the coming month. Believe me it took 3 months to settle that bill.
I have 256 Kb unlimited line and , they started troubling me by switching off my FTP settings on the server , I had to call them every 2 hours to beg and sort out the problem.
In the start net speed use to be good , I use to get download of 21 Kbps , but then it started sinking, right now I am getting the speed of approx 5 kbps, when I call them , they say their back hand service has some problem and they will sort it out, but the worst thing is we have to wait for almost 10 minutes to get an executive on phone , we have to listen to their damm music as if hathway has toll free Phone No.
Believe me this hathway guys are very good at giving excuses, if you are not aware of ISP and related stuff then you are surely going to hang up.
Hathway Email: hathway provides you email space with their @hathway.com, but it should be @garbage-hathway.com , reason , you will receive loads of virus on your email id from hathway server , your computer will become garbage box or it will be surely gutted if you are not aware of the viruses.
Dont go for Hathway ever, yes you can go for hathway if you like to suffer.
