I writing this review on pathetic internet connection provided by Hathway. This was first time, I have gone for hathway, now facing issues related to connection speed.
1) The issue is time taken to load pages is horrible,
2) The modem which they provide, does’n’t have proper connectivity signal.
3) If you have real time data, which you need work. This has more ms to respond to your saving data.
Customer case, when contacted, explain about configuration and restart of modem. And wait for 30mins!
