I have upgraded my package from 5MBPS to 50MBPS and paid for 50 MBPS speed. From 6th March 2014 am continuously making complaints regarding the speed, no one is seriously attending to the complaint and solving the issue.
Their engineer came, spent some time and said it will be sorted out, but till date I have not got any solution.
I placed complaints on phone, on emails, but just wasted my time, no solution.
Anybody who can help me out with the main boss who is taking care of complaints.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO GO FOR HATHWAY.
