Hathway Broadband is a internet service provider who having their services in some of the region in India.
Being attractive by their advertising I called them asking their service.That time itself they was quite irresponsible about their job but I ignored and took the service and paid Amount Rs.2500 for three months.They having criteria to took the connection at least for three months.
This is the worst service internet provider I ever Used.Hathway Internet will never get connect during rain.Sometimes its not worked at all for 15 to 16 hours. Customer support is also very bad.Sometimes they not even receiving the calls though it’s ringing.Those people are so unprofessional that they disconnect the call suddenly in between the conversion, it’s very often.Being very disappointed I surrender the connection finally.
